OVERVIEW
This Shipping Policy explains how Ranger Letrics handles order dispatch, delivery, tracking, backorders, and shipping-related issues.
By placing an order with Ranger Letrics, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
SECTION 1 - SHIPPING LOCATIONS
Ranger Letrics ships orders from Australia.
Where an item is in stock locally, it will generally be dispatched from within Australia.
In some cases, where an item is not currently stocked locally, your order may be shipped directly from an overseas warehouse or supplier. If this applies, dispatch and delivery times may differ from our standard Australian shipping estimates.
SECTION 2 - SHIPPING METHODS
We currently use Australia Post for order deliveries, including Australia Post Standard and Australia Post Express.
Available shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout.
SECTION 3 - FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping may be offered as part of a promotion.
Orders over $100 AUD are eligible for free shipping within Australia unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Ranger Letrics reserves the right to update, remove, or change free shipping promotions at any time.
SECTION 4 - DISPATCH TIMEFRAMES
For items currently in stock, orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed before 6:30am AEST / Brisbane time may be dispatched the same business day where possible.
Orders placed after this time, or on weekends or public holidays, may be dispatched on the next available business day.
Dispatch times may vary for items that are out of stock, on backorder, on pre-order, shipped directly from an overseas warehouse or supplier, or affected by supplier, freight, customs, or carrier delays.
SECTION 5 - BACKORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS
If an item is out of stock, it may still be available for backorder or pre-order.
Where this applies, the product page, checkout, or order information will indicate that the item is on backorder or pre-order.
Estimated availability and delivery times are provided as a guide only and may change due to supplier availability, freight delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
By placing an order for a backorder or pre-order item, you acknowledge that delivery may take longer than standard in-stock items.
SECTION 6 - DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and the delivery location.
As a general guide:
Australia Post Express: approximately 1–3 business days for metro areas and many regional towns.
Remote and rural areas: delivery may take longer and can be difficult to estimate accurately.
Delivery estimates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed by Ranger Letrics.
SECTION 7 - TRACKING
All orders include tracking.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout.
It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor tracking updates and contact the carrier or Ranger Letrics if there are any delivery concerns.
SECTION 8 - AUTHORITY TO LEAVE
Parcels are generally shipped with Authority to Leave.
This means the carrier may leave the parcel in a safe location at the delivery address if no one is available to receive it.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address is secure and suitable for parcel delivery.
Ranger Letrics is not responsible for parcels that are marked as delivered by the carrier where the parcel has been left at the delivery address under Authority to Leave, unless the carrier confirms the parcel has been lost or incorrectly delivered.
SECTION 9 - INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Ranger Letrics is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address where the incorrect address was provided by the customer.
If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will do our best to update the address before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped.
If an order is returned to Ranger Letrics due to an incorrect address, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent.
SECTION 10 - LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.
Ranger Letrics is not responsible for carrier delays, including delays caused by Australia Post, weather events, peak delivery periods, incorrect sorting, remote delivery areas, or other circumstances outside our direct control.
However, we will assist where possible with tracking enquiries and carrier investigations.
If a parcel is confirmed as lost by the carrier, Ranger Letrics will work with the customer to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
SECTION 11 - ITEMS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact Ranger Letrics as soon as possible with your order number, photos of the packaging, and photos of the damaged item.
We will assess the issue and assist with a suitable resolution where required.
This does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
SECTION 12 - LOCAL DELIVERY
Local delivery around Toowoomba, QLD may be available by enquiry.
Local delivery is not guaranteed and must be arranged with Ranger Letrics before or after placing an order.
